No worries, it’s a breeze for us! We’ve had heaps of practice, plus a bit of marketing know-how and some solid design skills, so we can take your invoices and other forms to the next level. What you’re seeing on this page are some of the more simple (basic) ready-to-go Xero templates that you can use with just a few tweaks—like adding your logo, any branding details and custom payment options—or as a starting point for a fully custom design. Your brand colors, logo, and layout are what make your forms stand out, and we’ll customise everything to suit. The tailored design is all part of the deal.
Once you’ve picked your form, send us your logo, preferred colors, company info, and payment preferences. Let us know which fields you want to keep or ditch, like if you need both a delivery and billing address, or if you’d rather go with landscape instead of portrait.

How do I import the new forms?
Easy. Every design comes with a detailed ‘How to Import and Use Xero Custom Forms’ Instruction PDF. The instructions are intuitive and easy to follow and include where to select the new forms as defaults and how to make minor changes yourself. We also send details of any custom colours used and copies of any artwork we do.
Can I modify my new template?
Yes, absolutely! The template will be yours to change, add to or delete information as you choose.
What will a new design cost?
Form designs start at $250 for a single form and $350 for a set of 2 forms. For example, 1x Invoice and 1x Quote template.
Why is the first form so much?
It isn’t really as it takes a lot more time to design your form theme and get it right. This involves graphics, adding, moving and resizing fields and entire sections, going back and fourth with ideas and drafts. We document the colours we use and also prepare any custom graphics and backgrounds to send to you.
Can you help me or do small modifications after I receive the forms.
No problem. Just note the changes you want in an email, we’ll do them quickly for you. For any technical or support questions, we’re more than happy to help. Just ask!
Ready to order your form?
Send us your logo and let us know the important ‘key’ fields you need. Your new Xero template will be customised to match the look and feel of your website, including your logo and preferred colours. Please allow 2 to 7 days for our team to complete your request. The time frame might vary depending on the number and complexity of the forms, especially during EOFY, which is our silly season with all the last-minute stuff!
